Each account’s credits cover all three use cases. Every member keeps their own balance. Saved avatar identities and their looks share one slot per person; avatar rendering remains a Sales option paid in credits. The estimate is shown before rendering.

The cost depends on the scenario and options. The credit estimate is shown before launch and is the maximum charged. A discount may refund part of the compute cost, with no final surcharge. If a render fails, refundable credits are returned; premium costs already incurred may be retained.
Yes. Every plan includes all three modes, using the credits of the account launching the render. Your plan suggests a starting mode; change it with one toggle. Sales seats enable collaboration; members’ credit balances remain separate.
Change plans or options in Billing: review the new monthly total, then confirm. The payment portal handles invoices, payment methods and cancellation.
